2. What data we process

When you book a group on this website we process: name, email, phone, date and time of the booking, number of guests, chosen menu and the text you write in the comments box (for example allergies or special orders). From the payment we only receive the confirmation and the amount; your card details are processed by Stripe and never reach us.

3. Why we use your data and the legal basis

To manage your group booking, collect the 20 % deposit and communicate with you about it. Legal basis: performance of the booking you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To meet invoicing and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
To take into account allergies, intolerances or other health needs you mention in the comments. This information may be health data. We process it only to prepare your booking, with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and if you prefer not to give it you can book without writing health information in the comments.
We do not use your data to send you advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Who receives your data

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, which processes the deposit payment. It may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
Providers of technical services (web hosting, email delivery and the agency that maintains the website), acting on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
Public authorities when required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Booking data: up to 12 months after the event date, to handle claims or questions. Payment and invoicing records: for the periods required by tax and commercial law (up to 6 years). After that we delete or anonymise them.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to yummy@mostygroup.es with your name and booking date. We reply within one month.

If you believe we do not handle your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies and measurement

This website may use cookies and measurement tags (for example from Google) to understand which pages are visited and to measure our advertising. They are only activated if you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie link on the website.

8. Minors

This website is aimed at adults. If you book for a group that includes minors, the booking must be made by an adult.
